Job Description

Position- Legal Assistant :We are looking for a self motivated Legal Assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective Client management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.

Job Responsibilities: Review documents for relevancy, privilege and other issues as directed by our clients. Drafting of legal opinions. Assist with research on technical and industry-specific


Qualification And Experience:

LLB (three- or five-year program) Minimum 5+ years work experience with MNC or Law Firm / Preferred experience as in-house counsel.

Expertise in Corporate and Commercial, Real-estate (RERA) Laws, Company law, Labor Laws, etc.)

Key Skills:

Good drafting skills, Fluency in English,

Able to read and understand documents written in Telugu,

ellent research skills. Excellent communication skills

Rigorous follow up Time management

Positive attitude

Resilience / Flexibility Ability to stretch

Strong communication skills (written & oral)

Remuneration: At par with the industry.
